At SIJI Building Materials LLC, we understand that time is the essence of every order. With over 33 years of experience, we’ve developed a reliable and efficient process to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery:
1. Orders are recorded in our Order Register with a unique Company Ref. No.
2. Daily counter orders are placed with manufacturers based on registered orders.
3. Each manufacturer order includes item details, quantities, agreed rates, delivery schedule, and location.
4. Our expediting team follows up to ensure timely dispatch.
5. Delivery notes and invoices are prepared with the Company Ref. No. and sent with the goods
6. Weekly and monthly meetings between Marketing, Sales, and Execution teams ensure performance is monitored and optimized.
Note: We do not accept material returns once supplied as per the approved quotation and customer purchase order.
